They can be served in shells (sold separately) or prepared and served according to your preferred recipe! They’re frequently cooked with butter, finely-chopped shallots, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
How to Use Romanzini Wild Burgundy Escargots
- Drain and place each snail in one shell.Â
- Cover with seasoned butter (garlic butter).Â
- Then put the prepared snails in a baking dish preheated to 180°C. Let the butter boil for a few moments then serve hot.
