All products, except chilled & frozen items, are available for shipping nationwide.
Shipping is calculated based on total weight of items.
Generally, paid order items will be processed and posted out the next working day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). We always work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, so your order details would be locked and sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. Once you successfully make an order, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before you check out! We will contact you should there be any special circumstances, i.e stock shortage.
A TRACKING ID will be sent to the email address you have provided, once your order is processed. Please reach out to us if you have not received any email from us after 2 days of placing your order.
Once the items have been sent off to you, it is in the hands of our courier partners. This means, it is beyond our control to ensure the exact days and time to be delivered to our customers. Generally, the delivery time will be between 1-3 working days (within West Malaysia) and 7-10 working days (for East Malaysia).
Customers must ensure that they have provided the accurate full shipping address including postcode. Providing the incorrect address will result in the parcel being returned to us and delivery will be charged again for re-delivery.

Free Delivery (West Malaysia Only, for orders without chilled/frozen products)
– Free delivery is offered for orders above RM120 on a single receipt, with a maximum weight capped at 10kg per order. We charge RM3 for every subsequent 1kg.

Delivery Rebate (East Malaysia Only, for orders without chilled/frozen products)
– A rebate of RM10 is offered for orders above RM120 on a single receipt.
CHILLED & FROZEN DELIVERY
We are now able to deliver chilled/frozen products to most areas in West Malaysia.
All orders that require chilled & frozen delivery have to be specially arranged through our customer service, reachable via Whatsapp (+60172788252). Kindly specify the items and quantities, we will check stock availability and provide the order invoice for payment collection. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
We will use premium courier logistics and, in most cases, your order may arrive the next working day after shipping depending on your location.
We use styrofoam boxes and ice packs that stay cool for up to 48 hours so that your products arrive safely. It should be noted that frozen products may defrost in transit, depending on the distance and time taken for shipping. If the products are still frozen on arrival, you may pop them immediately in the freezer. However, if the products are already thawed, it is advisable to keep them in the fridge and use in a few days. We are not able to guarantee that products will arrive frozen/chilled since it is up to the courier service to handle the delivery.
Important: Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day to receive the products or you need to ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour!
Delays may be caused due to public holidays. Customers will be updated via text message when their parcels are scheduled to be dispatched with tracking ID.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ESSENTIALS.MY shall try its best to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. However, in case of any discrepancy of products delivered, the customer may notify us along with photo proof by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to 0172788252 within the same day of receiving the products. We will contact the customer to advise on the next course of action. Customers are advised to inspect the contents as soon as the order arrives and inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Return/Exchange of Products or refund may be considered under the following reasons:
- If any Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery;
- If a Product is expired; or
- If the Product is different from the product ordered.
In case of requests to return, the customer must ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition, quantity, packaging, labelling and tags as it is first delivered to the Customer.
If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, Essentials.MY shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product, subject to availability.
The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. Essentials.MY will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same to ensure compliance with our refund and return policy.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Essentials.MY shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Not-returnable.
Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions. Also some products may not be accepted for returns due to hygiene reasons.
NON-RETURNABLE/ NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS
Any opened/unsealed item is not eligible for any form of return or exchange.
