Once your order has been confirmed, our warehouse will start to process your orders, prepare the packages with tender loving care, and hand them over to our designated trusted logistic partners.
A tracking number and courier parcel tracking link would be send to you via Email once available.
Your order usually arrive at your doorstep within:
- For West Malaysia, the delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
- For East Malaysia including Labuan, the delivery would usually take 3-7 business days.

- To add items to your cart, click on “Cart” image at your desired quantity.
- To review your items, click on the “Cart” icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- If you have an applicable promotional code, enter it and click on”Apply Coupon”. Changes will updated once you have successfully entered the code
- Fill in your Billing Details, along with your Shipping Address, then click “Place Order” to proceed with the payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
- All pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
- If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items at the same time, parcel will be dispatched at once when the pre-order items are available.
- Please take note that delays may occur, so we cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date. However, we will inform you shortly once the items are ready to ship.

All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards and Essentials Ingredients DO NOT store any of your card information in our database.

During our promotion, we will issue coupon code for discount and you may enter a valid coupon code during the checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our warehouse is closed during Public Holidays, your orders will be processed on the next working day.
Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out.
In the event that the provided address is indicated on the order is incorrect and the package is delivered,Essentials will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
If you are not available to receive the order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. You may reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or if there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Service Team.

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.
