INGREDIENTS
- 210g Lurpak Lactic Butter (Browned on pan, low heat)
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 200g Potato Starch
METHOD
- Whisk butter until soften, add icing sugar & mix well.
- Add all purpose flour & potato starch & mix well.
- Using round piping tips to pipe on parchment paper tray.
- Use folks to press line.
- Baking temperature ±170℃, ±15minutes.
