INGREDIENTS
Cookie Base
- 150g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 100g Sugar
- 20g Egg Yolk (Grade A)
- 1g Vanilla
- 100g Cornflakes
- 150g All Purpose Flour
- 25g Corn Starch
- 1g Salt
- 2g Baking Powder

- White Chocolate
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a mixing bowl, cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.
- Add in cornflakes, and mix till crushed.
- Add in sifted all purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt.
- Portion cookie dough to 10g-15g.
- Roll cookie dough, and press to flatten a bit.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until cookie base is golden brown.
- Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, decorate with white chocolate drizzle.
