METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add in egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.
4. Add in cornflakes, and mix till crushed.
5. Add in sifted all purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt.
6. Portion cookie dough to 10g-15g.
7. Roll cookie dough, and press to flatten a bit.
8. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until cookie base is golden brown.
9. Set aside to cool.
10. Once cooled, decorate with white chocolate drizzle.
