INGREDIENTS
- 120g Potato
- 80g LEGGO’S Bolognese with Tomato, Garlic & Herbs Pasta Sauce
- 50g FOOD TECH Shredded Mix Cheese (Mozzarella + Gouda) – Cheese Topping

METHOD
- Prepare a few fresh potatoes. Wash it thoroughly and keep the skin.
- Cut the potato into small chunks. May either grill or fry the potato.
- Combine the potato with Bolognese sauce and mix evenly.
- Put the potato mixture into a container, cover the surface of potato mixture with FOOD TECH Shredded Mix Cheese (Mozzarella + Gouda).
- Place the potato mixture in a Broiler, Salamander, or Air Fryer and baked at 200°C for 2 – 3 minutes until the topping turned golden color.
- Cheese Baked Potatoes Bolognese is ready to be served!
