INGREDIENTS
- 0.5kg Buttermilk Pancake Waffle Mix
- 0.4kg Water
- 0.1kg Oil
- 0.15kg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 0.015kg Finely Chopped Chives
METHOD
- Use paddle and mix all ingredients for 30 second at low speed.
- Pour mix onto waffle maker and cook for a few minutes (depends on type of waffle maker and sizes).
- Garnish with cherry tomato, mozzarella/cream cheese, shaved smoked chicken and fresh oregano leaf.
