PUDING KURMA
INGREDIENTS
- A -10gm Agar-agar powder
- A – 800gm Plain water
- B – 500gm IceHot Non-Dairy Creamer
- B – 100gm Dates (seeds removed)
- C – 200gm Rich’s Double Cream
- C – 170ml Condensed Milk
- C – A pinch of salt
- D – 30gm Dates (thinly sliced)

PREPARATION
- Combine Ingredients A. Cook the solution with low heat until it boils. Make sure the agar powder dissolve.
- Blend ingredients B and pour into mixture A. Mix well.
- Pour all C ingredients into the mixture and mix well. Cook the solution with low heat until it boils. Keep stirring while cooking.
- Place ingredient D in the mold container. Arrange according to your preference. Pour the pudding mixture into the same mold container.
- Allow the mixture to cool for at least 10minutes and transfer it into the chiller. Keep refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours.
