Ingredients
500g Blueberry Muffin Cake Mix
175g Eggs
125g Water
150g Vegetable Oil
100g Blueberry Fruit Filling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix eggs, water and vegetable oil with flat beater on low speed for 1 minute, and then put the Blueberry Muffin Cake Mix on medium for 3 minutes.
- Scrape down and add in Blueberry Fruit Filling. Mix for 1 minute on medium speed.
- Bake at 200℃ for 25-30 minutes.
- Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
