INGREDIENTS
CREAMY COCKTAIL
- 500g ICEHOT Non-Dairy Creamer
- 1000g Milk
- 200g Condensed Milk
JELLY BALL
- 12g Jelly Powder
- 87g Sugar
- 435g Water
- Fruits (Fresh or Tinned)
PREPARATION (CREAMY COCKTAIL)
- Mix ICEHOT Non-Dairy Creamer, milk and condensed milk. Let it cool.
PREPARATION (JELLY BALL)
- Boil the water then add the jelly powder and sugar. Mix well.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into ball mold then add fruits. Let it set in fridge.
- Serve jelly with cold creamy cocktail, fresh fruits and basil seeds.
