Tropical Fruit Jelly

INGREDIENTS

  • 300ml unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 75gm caster sugar
  • 180ml water
  • 18gm powdered gelatine
  • 30ml water (extra)
  •  30ml lime juice
  • 200gm Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping
  • 200gm Fruttose Passion Fruit Filling & Topping

METHOD

  1.  Mix Fruttose Passion Fruit, pineapple juice, sugar and water in a saucepan, stir with low heat until sugar is dissolved. 
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over the extra water. 
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir in the mixture 2 and lime juice. Stir until gelatine is dissolved. 
  4. Pour mixture 3 into six glasses or bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. 
  5. Top with Fruttose Mango and Fruttose Passion Fruit before served.
