Tropical Fruit Jelly
INGREDIENTS
- 300ml unsweetened pineapple juice
- 75gm caster sugar
- 180ml water
- 18gm powdered gelatine
- 30ml water (extra)
- 30ml lime juice
- 200gm Fruttose Mango Filling & Topping
- 200gm Fruttose Passion Fruit Filling & Topping

METHOD
- Mix Fruttose Passion Fruit, pineapple juice, sugar and water in a saucepan, stir with low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over the extra water.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir in the mixture 2 and lime juice. Stir until gelatine is dissolved.
- Pour mixture 3 into six glasses or bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with Fruttose Mango and Fruttose Passion Fruit before served.
