INGREDIENTS
- 20gm Oil
- 50gm Ikan Bilis
- 10gm Garlic
- 20gm Shallot
- 10gm Red Chilli
- 10gm Soy Sauce
- 20gm Sambal
- 5gm Knorr Aromat Seasoning
- 5gm Knorr Ikan Bilis Seasoning Powder
- 100gm Cooking Cream
- 10gm Corriander
- 200gm Pasta
- 30gm Cherry Tomato
- 100gm Diced Chicken
METHODS
- Pasta
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
2. Fry the Anchovy
- Deep fry anchovies until golden and crispy, set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil.
3. Sauté the Aromatics and Chicken
- In a pan, heat a bit of oil, add chopped garlic, shallots and red chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook until lightly browned. Then add halved cherry tomatoes and stir fry until soften.
4. Season the Base
- Add soy sauce, Knorr Aromat Seasoning and Knorr Ikan Bilis Seasoning Powder
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and followed by cooking cream. Toss everything together until well coated, Adjust with reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce consistency
5. Ready to Serve
- Plate the pasta and top with crispy fried anchovies.
- Serve hot!
