Ingredients

• 500G ESS Red Velvet Cake Mix 

• 200G Eggs

• 100G Water

• 180G Oil 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes with low speed until mixed well. 

2. Add topping and filling as desired. 

3. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until it is done.
