How to Use ESS Butter Cake Mix
Ingredients
500G ESS Butter Cake Mix
100G Water
200G Eggs
180G Oil / Melted Butter
Method
Mix all ingredients with low speed for 1 minutes, then another 3 minutes in medium speed until white and fluffy.
Add in the melted butter/oil and mix for 1 minute in low speed until mixed well.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
