500G ESS Brownies Mix
60G Water
100G Eggs
120G Oil
120G Walnut
Method
Mix all ingredients except for walnut, with low speed for 3 minutes until mixed well.
Add in walnut and mix for another 1 minute in low speed.
Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
