How to Prepare Carte D’or Crème Caramel
- 1. Sauce – Add boiling wáter to Carte D’Or Crème Caramel Sauce Mix and stir for 30 seconds. Pour into serving moulds and allow to cool in refrigerator.
2. Pudding – Add Carte D’Or Crème Caramel Pudding Mix to milk and bring to boil while stirring.
3. Pour gently into the moulds containing the sauce. Take care not to allow the sauce and pudding to mix.
4. Refrigerate in the small moulds for at least 1 hour and large moulds for 2 hours.
