Ingredients:
- Shanghai Mooncake Mix     500g
- Butter (Soften)            160g
- Egg                      50g  Â
- Salted Egg Yolk            Optional
- Melon Seed               Optional             Â

Method:Â
- Roll lotus paste 70g to form a ball.
- Beat butter until pale and fluffy.
- Add in egg and mix until combine.
- Then, add in Shanghai Mooncake Mix and mix well to form a dough.
- Divide dough 85g and roll in paste to shape.
- Egg wash on top, decorate with melon seed.
- Bake at temperature +/- 180°C for +/-20-24 minutes in oven.Â
