The Patissier White Couverture buttons is made of these ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Full Cream Milk Powder, Lactose, Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Lecithin (E322) and PGPR (E496) and Vanillin. This product contains milk and soy, and may have traces of tree nuts and wheat containing gluten. This product is halal certified. The best temperature to store this cocoa butter drops is between 15-20°C with a relative humidity of 70% max.
