Lychee raspberry with rose is the subtle marriage of floral notes of lychee and rose with the intensity of raspberry. To achieve this combination of flavors, Maison Ponthier selects the best raw materials. The selected bunches of lychees are, for example, carefully peeled by hand in order to preserve all the qualities of this particularly soft and fragile flesh from which flavors of rose and muscat emerge. We also note that in order to remove any note of bitterness, the achenes are removed during the processing process of the raspberry puree, which will only contain the flesh of the fruit.
