Made with real lychees, this puree has a low viscosity, acidity, and bitterness, and is high in aromatic fragrance and sweetness, with an all-around full-bodied taste. This puree is made without preservatives and does not contain artificial colors or flavors.
This lychee puree can be used in fruit glazes, simple syrups, sabayon, meringues, pastry creams, and even as a macaron filling. Lychee puree can be used to make parfaits, yogurts, sorbets, ice creams, and even mixed with chocolate to make chocolate and lychee ice cream. Lychees also pair very well with citrus fruits, tropical fruits, berries, pomegranate, and matcha or rose water.

Frozen fruit puree is made by crushing and refining whole fruits selected from homogeneous batches of selected varieties in order to guarantee a natural colour and taste of fresh fruit. Boiron Lychee Puree is halal certified with no artificial colouring and no preservative present. It is GMO-Free and suitable for vegans. 

The ingredient that can be found in Boiron Lychee Puree is 100% lychee. The best storage condition for this product is -18°C. After defrosting, store this at +2 °C/+4 °C and use within 10 days to maintain its quality.
