M&S Coconut Milk UHT [Santan Milk]

M&S Coconut Milk is a creamy ingredient derived from the natural extraction of coconut kernel, selected from freshly harvested matured coconuts. The product is sterilized through the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) process which eliminates all harmful microorganisms while retaining its rich flavour and nutritional values.

Without any preservatives, M&S Coconut Milk is then aseptically packed and ultrasonically sealed to retain its freshness within its shelf life.

It is widely used as a main ingredient in preparation of Southeast Asian Cuisine such as curry, coconut savory rice, desserts, ice cream, salad dressing, bakery products, cookies, sweets and toffee, coconut spread (Kaya), which helps to create creamier mouthfeel and contributes the pleasant scent of coconut to the food. Coconut milk is one of the best substitutes for cow’s milk or creamer.
