Order Delivery

Your order usually arrive at your doorstep within:

• For West Malaysia, the delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
• For East Malaysia including Labuan, the delivery would usually take 3-7 business days.

2. To add items to your cart, click on “Cart” image at your desired quantity. 
3.  To review your items, click on the “Cart” icon located at the upper right corner of the page. 
4. If you have an applicable promotional code, enter it and click on”Apply Coupon”. Changes will updated once you have successfully entered the code
5. Fill in your Billing Details, along with your Shipping Address, then click “Place Order” to proceed with the payment. 
6. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order. 

• All pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
• If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items at the same time, parcel will be dispatched at once when the pre-order items are available.
• Please take note that delays may occur, so we cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date. However, we will inform you shortly once the items are ready to ship.
