How to Use ESS Butter Cake Mix

Ingredients

• 500G ESS Butter Cake Mix

• 100G Water

• 200G Eggs

• 180G Oil / Melted Butter

Method

1. Mix all ingredients  with low speed for 1 minutes, then another 3 minutes in medium speed until white and fluffy. 

2. Add in the melted butter/oil and mix for 1 minute in low speed until mixed well. 

3. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
