Wright’s Liquid Smoke Hickory Concentrated Seasoning is produced by burning fresh cut hickory chips, then condensing the smoke into a liquid form. Nothing else is added – the only ingredients are water and the flavour from the condensed smoke.

The ingredients that can be found in a bottle of Wright’s Liquid Smoke Hickory are water and Hickory smoke concentrate.
Ways to use Wright’s Liquid Smoke Hickory
Mix 1-2 tsp Wright’s into ground meat for burgers, meatloaf, chili, soups, stew, sauces and dips
Mix 1 part Wright’s to 2 parts water. Marinade ribs, beef, steaks and poultry 10-15 minutes per side. Fish and steaks and fillets 5-10 minutes per side.
- Smoked Honey Glaze:
Mix 3 parts honey to 1 part Wright’s.
How to Store Wright’s Liquid Smoke Hickory
When storing Wright’s Liquid Smoke Hickory, ensure that it is placed in a cool and dry location that is not under direct sunlight such as a pantry or cupboard. Once it is opened, kept refrigerated.
