How to Prepare Granoro Couscous
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- Tip 150 grams of Granoro Couscous into a large and shallow saucepan, pour one tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix well.
- Then pour 150ml of salted boiling water (or a meat / fish stock).
- Put the lid on the saucepan, then leave for 5-7 minutes until the couscous has swelled up and absorbed all of the water.
- Use a wooden form to fluff up the couscous that is now ready to be served.
- Add a knob of butter if you like and let it heat on a slow fire for 1 or 2 minutes.
