  • Recipe:
    – 400g Cookie Mix
    – 250g Butter

  • How to Prepare:
    1. Mix Cookie Mix and Butter, with 1 min low speed, 5 mins medium speed.
    2. Press dough into desired dough sheet, wrap in pineapple paste.
    3. Brush with egg yolk.
    4. Bake: 180°C, 15-20 minutes.

  • Ingredients:
    Wheat Flour, Starch, Sugar, Milk Powder, Egg Powder, Salt, Permitted Flavour, Permitted Colouring.
