Basic Recipe using Dreidoppel Creme Brulee PowderÂ
- 100g Dreidoppel Creme Brulee Powder
- 350ml Milk
- 350ml Cream, liquid
- Mix dessert powder with a part of the milk.Â
- Boil up the remaining milk and dairy cream. Add the dessert powder mixture into the boiling milk. Cook the creme while stirring constantly for approximately 1 minute.Â
- Fill the mixture into fire resistant moulds and put them into a cool place.Â
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Caramelize for a short time and serve.Â
