How to Cook Mccain Surecrisp Skin-On Regular Fries 3/8″ Straight Cut

  • Oven
    Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan. Always cook to a light golden colour. Preheat to 204°C. Cook 907 g for 10-14 minutes.

  • Fryer
    Deep fry frozen potatoes (basket 1/2 full) at 177°C for 3-3 1/2 minutes. Shake to remove excess oil. 

Not recommended for cooking in a microwave oven.
