The distinct flavour of PDO-certified Lescure butters are produced by using cream exclusively from the Poitou-Charentes region which benefits from high levels of sunshine and regular rainfall.
Lescure Pastry Butter with 84% fat content has a higher plasticity and comes in a sheet form, making it perfect for dough lamination, yielding crisp and flakey puff pastry. Lescure butters are cultured with lactic ferments prior to slow churning which results in a creamy and hazelnut flavour.

Lescure Pastry Butter Sheet is made of pasteurized cream (manufactured from cow milk), lactic ferments. with a min. fat of 84% and a max. 14% of moisture. This product is Halal Certified in Malaysia.
How to Store Lescure Pastry Butter Sheet
Keep refrigerated at +8°C (+46,4°F) max or frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at +8°C max.
