It gives it a delicious, authentic look. The combination of the crisp shortcrust pastry and the melt-in-the-mouth frangipane cream involves different textures with delicious summer flavours. To make it even more indulgent, a strawberry compote enhances the tart and gives it a natural, sweet note.
