Mauripan Instant Dry Yeast is a Halal Certified instant baker’s yeast that is suitable to be used in most types of yeast raised products like bread, buns, rolls, pizza and more. Mauripan Instant Dry Yeast is a fast acting yeast that is easy to use as it can be mixed directly with dry ingredients without needing to be rehydrated or proofed before baking. When using this instant dry yeast, ensure that it is mixed through flour before adding additional ingredients.
Mauripan Instant Dry Yeast is stable and has a long shelf life which makes it suitable to be bought in bulk to reduce cost. In terms of storage, ensure that it is placed in a cool and dry place such as a cupboard or pantry. Refrigeration is not required.
