How to Prepare Dreidoppel Pastarom Fond Cream Stabilizer Neutral H

  1. Whip dairy cream
  2. Mix hot water (approximate 60°C) with the PASTAROM Fond Neutral. Mix any PASTAROM Paste or Classic with the solution. 
  3. Fold Fond Solution into whipped cream. 
  4. Fill into moulds/glasses and allow to cool in a fridge for at least 4 hours.
