- Sugar                          80g
Baking Instructions:
- Add water to the bowl and then add the dry mix.Â
- Mix with a paddle mixer for 30 seconds on low speed. Do not over mix.Â
- Fry on a lightly oiled griddle at 177° C for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side.Â

- Water                         860g
- Sugar                          94g
- Vegetable Oil                   266g
Baking Instructions:
- Add water and oil to the bowl and then add the dry mix.Â
- Mix with a paddle mixer for 30 seconds on low speed. Do not over mix.Â
- For best results, refrigerate batter overnight before use.Â
- Cook as directed by waffle machine until golden brown and crispy.
