200g Mix Fruits / Black Currant
20g Fruits Cake Paste (Optional)
Wash & drain the mix fruit / black currant & add in the fruit cake paste and set aside.
Group B
500g Fruit Cake Mix
200g Eggs
185g Oil
100ml Water
20ml Black Treacle (Optional)
- Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes slow & add mix fruits.
- Proceed with another 20 minutes medium speed & bake for 180°C until cooked.
