How to Prepare Pacific Greens Plant-based Classic Beef Balls

Cook from Frozen 

• Place frozen product in microwave and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium (700 watt) or until cooked. 
  
  OR
  
  
• Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C. Fill up the basket with frozen product. (Do not overload). Cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.

• Preheat oven to 220°C. Place frozen product on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Turning over halfway through cooking. 
  
  OR
  
  
• In a pot of boiling water, place the product in and cook for 3-5 minutes or until it is fully cooked.

• Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen product in frypan and cook for 9-11 minutes or until coked. Turn occasionally.
