Perfect for rich sauces made from meat or cottage cheese. Store in a cool dry place.
1. Add pasta to plenty of boiling salted water (1 tbsp of salt for each litre of water).
2. Boil for 11 minutes for a firm “al dente” texture, stirring occassionally. For a more tender pasta, cook 2-3 minutes more.
3. Drain well, immediately mix it with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
