- Round out the mooncake paste into round balls of 90g each.
- Mix mooncake syrup, peanut oil and alkaline water until even.
- Add in traditional mooncake mix and mix well. (Rest 1 hour)
- Divide the dough into 50g per piece and wrap in the mooncake paste.
- Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes, take out from oven rest for 15 mins, egg brush and bake another 25 mins.
