How to Use QQ Snowy Premix

1. Prepare 390 gram of boiled water (95°C – 100°C).
2. Dissolve 28gram of shortening into the boiled water. Water temperature maintained at 95°C – 100°C. 
3. Add the boiled water to 1 packet (500grams) of QQ Snowy Premix and beat well to form smooth and soft dough. 
4. Wrap the soft dough with food wrapping film and keep chilled for 1 hour. 
5. Scale 50gram each of the dough. Shape into round, flatten and wrap in a portion of favourite filling (recommended 130 grams of filling). Keep finished goods chilled to get better mouth-feel.
