How to use Beryl’s Gourmet Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix with Chocolate Chunks & Chips
- What you need: 75g softened butter, 1 egg
- Method:
1. Preheat oven at 160°C. Prepare baking tray by lightly greasing it.
2. Combine the Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix with egg and butter to form a soft dough. Scoop the dough onto baking tray with 2 inches apart.
3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and remove from tray. Store cooled cookies in airtight containers. - To prevent excessive spreading:
1. Use softened butter at room temperature. Do not use melted butter.
2. Avoid overmixing.
