Banana Muffin
1 packet of Double Chocolate Muffin Mix
120g Mashed Banana
2 Eggs
40ml Water
100g Butter
1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Place paper cups in muffin moulds.
2. Combine Double Chocolate Muffin Mix with egg, mashed banana, water and butter until well mixed. Divide batter evenly between the paper cups at around 2/3 full.
3. Bake at 180℃ for 24 to 26 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the mould.
