- How to use:
1. Remove icing from foil and knead on a clean flat surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
2. Roll out to desired thickness.
3. Brush cake with a sugar syrup or apricot jam thinned with boiling water.
4. Place rolled icing on the cake and smooth down gently.
5. Trim edges to finish.
