Felchlin Ambra is a mild milk chocolate couverture rondo, made with beans from Ecuador and Ghana, with pleasing malt notes. This chocolate is great for coating pralines and specialties, fill hollow shells and making ganaches, mousses and creams. Tempering is necessary when using this couverture chocolate in its pure form for moulding, making showpieces or dipping candles. You can melt the chocolate carefully by either: (i) a water bath, (ii), warming cabinet with a temperature control or (iii) in a microwave.

Felchlin Ambra’s main ingredient is 38% cocoa minimum. Felchlin Ambra consists of sugar, partially skimmed milk powder, cacao butter, 13% cacao kernel (Ghana), emulsifier (E322: soya lecithin), malt extract powder, vanilla* Madagascar. This product may contain traces of hazelnuts and almonds.
